Sorry for the lengthily delay in integrating the Gallery with the new BB software. Our Community is now very unique because of it though! I'm told there is no other known Community known to pull it off. FusionBB has a gallery option built in, which most FBB sites have gone with, but I wanted to exhaust all possibilities before losing what we had, and starting all over again, leaving behind a view-only Gallery, with over 6500 Member photos. Not logical to me... if there is a will, there MUST be a way!
This whole process of re-creating our Community outside of UBB.threads has been a rather challenging feat, believe me! It has cost almost a thousand dollars to bring you what you see today... crazy, isn't it?! That's not including server fees, domain name fees, computer software, and software upgrades in order to maintain it. Thanks to all of you, it is a reality though! Flight Attendants.org continues to exist (Banner Ad) and (Google Adsense) free 
There are more features I can enable within FusionBB for the added enjoyment of the Community, so look for subtle new features in coming weeks. Also FusionBB v3.0 is in the works which brings with it nice new feature sets, further improving our enjoyment of the forums.
Senior Crew Members now have their own (private) forum, which only appears after your 150th post... it's not retroactive though... it's new, so if u have over 150 posts you'll have to post a new message in order to see it. Just a small thanks to those of you who have contributed so much content to our Community.
Thanks again very much for your patience through our growth! I know some of you have expressed some frustration, and I hope we've alleviated most of your concerns by now.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 'new' Flight Attendants.org Community!
I have fought with myself for nearly two years now, as to which BB software would best suit all of our needs.
Whilst choosing FusionBB might seem unlikely for such a large community; I am confident that this software has all of our best interests in mind. I won't bore you with all of the details, but believe me when I tell you, it was a very difficult decision not to stay with UBB.threads moving forward.
Please note that there are likely to be unexpected issues, being that we've imported over two hundred thousand previous disussions from UBB.threads; but be rest assured, we are prepared to deal with each concern one member at a time.
Please be patient with us over the next couple of weeks whilst we continue 'tweak' the software to our liking. It is not without consequence that we migrated to this BB software. Each of your concerns will be taken into consideration, even if you don't receive a 'personal' reply.
In closing, I would like to say thank you all, for making this community what it is today. Without you, we are simply a corner of the internet yet to be discovered. Your word of mouth is very important, and what continues to make Flight Attendants.org so popular today. Your patience over the past few days while we endured various different obstacles bringing these forums to life, is greatly appreciated. I can't tell you how many times I thought of each of you individually; please understand I am aware of how much I've disappointed you ,in not making this a more timely adventure.
Whilst you are expected to make use of the 'help' file for general 'how-to' functions, please make note of any fundemantal issues you feel need to be addressed in the [Post Flight] 'Maintenance' forums. Individual responses are not guaranteed, sorry. We will; however, read each of your concerns and respond to them in order of priority.
In the mean time, I hope that all of you can simply enjoy these new offerings, our new 'diggs' if you will. FusionBB is only possible due to your membership fees. I hope you are pleased.
